Wow! I did NOT expect that. The teams were split from pairs to black and blue. Once again, Tracey won the temptation and got to choose the teams and their trainers. In the end, Black team lost more weight than the Blue team and Liz won immunity on the Blue team. I was sooo sure that Tracey would go home, until Coach Mo 'fell on the sword' as one of his teammates put it. So everyone voted for him and he went home. But, he ended up losing a total of some 70+lbs and hopes to be down to 150lbs by the finale. I must say though, that show is soo addictive and inspiring!
So I didn't end up going to the gym because our friends weren't going to go and we were going to go on a walk at 9pm. When I finally realized it was 9:38pm and the show wasn't over I felt soo stupid. TBL is on for two hours! Doh! So I didn't even get to go on a walk with them. So, I've decided that I am going to get my butt up early and go to the gym and kick my ass! Hopefully they'll want to go after they get off of work so that I will have two workouts tomorrow. Even though I didn't get to the gym, I still feel that I ate really well. Especially at Olive Garden! Thanks to TBL calorie count book that my mom gave me, I found out that the bowl of minestrone soup at OG is only 164 calories! I am really proud of myself for not ordering my usual zuppa toscana soup, It has lots of potato so I'm sure its carb heavy. *OK, I just looked up the nutritional info for Olive Garden on their website: http://www.olivegarden.com/menus/garden_fare/nutrition_information.asp According to this it says that the serving of soup I had was only 100 calories! It also says that the zuppa toscana has only 170!* I am proud that I only had a tiny bit of breadstick! I always normally eat one or two of those and I usually get a slice of the black tie mousse cake which has 760 calories per serving!!! But I was soo good and had 3 helpings of the salad and one bowl of soup and a tiny bit of breadstick. I drank tea sweetened with Splenda. I did eat the 4 after dinner andes mints, but that was only 105 calories. Next time though, I think I will skip those.
Now I am watching a new show called Ghost Lab. So far its alright. Its definatley no Ghost Hunters, but not bad.
Nine pounds and 18 days to go! I've gotta make this goal!!!
