Last night I was over at my friends' place and I told them about how I wanted to lose weight. They got really into it and said we should all do it together! So this is our joint workout schedule that we came up with:
- Monday-Cardio/Upper Body
- Tuesday-Cardio/Abs
- Wednesday-Cardio+/Healthy Diner Night
- Thursday-Cardio/Lower Body
- Friday/Sat./Sun.: These are days when we aren't sure of scheduling, and the gym has weird hours. We opted to meet up for walks and do home workouts.
