WOW! Today at the gym I sweated more than I ever have! I did the leg machines today then hit the elliptical for 20 minutes and then the bike for 10 minutes. I can definitely feel it in my arms from yesterday. Here is what my exercise plan is going to be:
- Sunday-Legs/30mins. Cardio
- Monday-Arms/30mins. Cardio
- Tuesday-Rest
- Wednesday-Arms/30mins. Cardio
- Thursday-Legs/30mins. Cardio
- Friday-Arms/30mins. Cardio
- Saturday-Rest
Unfortunately, we won't be playing D&D this weekend :(. We won't even be able to play next weekend. The in-laws have plans. I guess Vic and I will just find something to do.
